Role profiles
Usher
Ushering is a very responsible job. In the event of an emergency, you are the one who gets the guests to safety.
Box Office
Ticket sales, live at the counter in the Box Office and over the phone in front of the screen. Customer advice and a friendly telephone voice are a basic requirement here.
Concierge
Customers can buy an upgrade from you, i.e. book better seats before the show starts. You advise customers and show them the possible options directly on the seating plan.
VIP Host/Hostess
You look after VIP customers who have spent a lot of money on a special treatment. You are always attentive and friendly.
